Oktal Pharma d.o.o. Zagreb and all companies within the Oktal Pharma Group in any country are committed to conducting business in accordance with the highest ethical standards and legal requirements.
 
Accordingly, with the aim of strengthening our integrity, transparency in business dealings as well as creating conditions for the prevention of corruption at all levels, we have developed business standards which apply to all companies’ employees within the Oktal Pharma Group, directors, officers, shareholders, principals and any third-party intermediaries assisting or doing business on behalf of Oktal Parma.
 
Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC) and ethical standards include risk assessments, procedures, audits and regular trainings for all employees of the Oktal Pharma Group as well as all individual or legal entities expected to interact on behalf of Oktal Pharma.
