RENTAL OF WAREHOUSE SPACE AND RELATED SERVICES

Oktal Pharma offers complete logistics packages able to match any challenge in the rental of warehouse space and related services.
Expert employees and technical solutions, setup in accordance to high standards and GDP regulations, are in complete compliance for warehousing of medicinal products, medical devices and other products, thus enabling Oktal Pharma to offer full service support to its partners.

These service support can range from “turn the key” solutions - supporting the logistic process in whole, to renting a specific warehouse area/rack-shelf, office facilities, support in distribution, stock manipulation within warehouse and other related operations.

RENT- a - REP SERVICES

For more than 28 years, Oktal Pharma has been gaining experience in representing pharmaceutical companies from all over the world. The continuous development of knowledge and competencies of medical and sales teams in line with international industry standards enables us today to offer these services to our partners with the aim of promoting their products to healthcare professionals. The RENT-a-REP services are tailor made based on individual requirements of every partner.  
 

TELEMARKETING

The telemarketing service is implemented through the Oktal Pharma call centre which includes customer notification processes via email channels or by sending newsletters, distribution of printed leaflets with invoices, direct oral communication during every call made by the pharmacy for the duration of the service period and reporting after implementation. Every element can be customised to suit different needs and requirements of the client.
 
The Oktal Pharma call centre includes 17 telephone sales agents who communicate with customers from Zagreb and 3 branch offices (Split, Rijeka and Osijek).
