The telemarketing service is implemented through the Oktal Pharma call centre which includes customer notification processes via email channels or by sending newsletters, distribution of printed leaflets with invoices, direct oral communication during every call made by the pharmacy for the duration of the service period and reporting after implementation. Every element can be customised to suit different needs and requirements of the client.
The Oktal Pharma call centre includes 18 telephone sales agents who communicate with customers from Zagreb and 3 branch offices (Split, Rijeka and Osijek).
