Quality and environment management policy
The basis of the quality and success of OKTAL PHARMA lies in understanding of the market through marketing. This is achieved with the help of expert personnel, good financial management, optimal planning and flexibility of business.
The basic principles of OKTAL PHARMA business are:
- OKTAL PHARMA stays in business if customers buy its merchandise. This is achieved by recognising and satisfying customers’ needs and desires, and by providing a better value for money ratio than the competition.
- OKTAL PHARMA wants to make its employees capable of satisfying the customer needs better and faster than the competition.
The permanent goal of OKTAL PHARMA is to develop into a strong, modern drug wholesaler, which is at the same time ecologically aware and capable of highest achievements in the areas of trade, representing, market research, and promotion of medicine and pharmaceutics primarily on the territory of Croatia.
This will be achieved:
- by making the provision of quality service the top priority of all OKTAL PHARMA employees,
- by regular monitoring, assessing and improving the level of OKTAL PHARMA services,
- by regular monitoring, assessing and improving of the customer satisfaction level as the chief measure of service quality,
- by constantly acquiring and using new knowledge as well as new work and management techniques,
- by committing ourselves to a rational use of energy and natural resources,
- by systematic monitoring and analysing of the aspects of environment, process and activity, and by recognising our own influences on the environment; consequently, by setting achievable goals and then reaching them as a part of the process of continuous improvement,
- by regulating the impact on the environment to be in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations
To further advance our relations with customers and suppliers, as well as the internal organisation and work of OKTAL PHARMA, the company intends:
- to continue reducing the number of customer complaints
- to continue creating new ways of waste reuse
- to continue preventing occurrences of ecological incidents,
- to continue improving the quality of business
- to continue expanding the business.
An important tool for the continuous improvement in the quality of services and the attitude towards the environment are suggestions of customers, suppliers and other interested parties including the OKTAL PHARMA employees. OKTAL PHARMA will continue to innovate and improve the quality of services, as well as to stimulate the employees and other interested parties to devise new ways of improving their relationship to the environment. The purpose is to achieve the highest possible level of customer and supplier satisfaction.
The quality policy is based on the international standards HRN EN ISO 9001:2002 and EN ISO 14001:2004.
