As a young, modern and promising company that wants to present itself in a favorable light to customers and business partners by constantly listening to and meeting their needs, Oktal Pharma devotes particular attention to the choice of personnel (average age - 36; 87 employees with college degrees, of whom 16 are graduate pharmacists, 12 doctors of medicine, 12 doctors of veterinarian medicine, 4 doctors of dental medicine, 10 graduates in Food Technology and Biotechnology, 18 graduate economists and 15 other graduates - law, agronomy, political sciences...; and 18 employees with bachelor degree).
The young dynamic professional staff is characterized by creativity, adaptability, responsibility and the ability to act independently in an atmosphere of teamwork and mutual respect. In other words, talents and skills are translated into the reality of market trends as a contribution to quality services and successful operations.
Emphasis is placed upon continuing education, with the goal of qualifying employees for the most independent, creative and innovative work possible in order to meet the increasingly demanding requirements of our business partners and market operations in general.
